G Suite Enterprise for Education 미팅의 주최자들은 회의가 끝나면 이메일을 통해 참석 보고서를 받습니다. 참석자 보고서는 5명 이상(및 250명 이하)이 참여하는 웹 또는 모바일 미팅에 대해 생성되며, 각 미팅에 대해 다음 정보를 포함합니다.

• 참가자명 
• 참가자 이메일 
• 참가자가 통화 중이거나 탈퇴한 시간을 포함한 시간

참석 보고서를 이용하여 회의 주최자들이 그들의 회의에 누가 참석했는지, 그리고 얼마나 오랫동안 참석했는지 추적할 수 있습니다. 미팅 참가자가 퇴장하고 미팅에 다시 참가하면, 처음 참가했던 시간과 마지막으로 떠난 시간을 볼 수 있습니다. 그들의 총 출석 기간은 그들의 세션의 총합으로 계산됩니다.
