이제 G Suite for Education and Enterprise for Education 도메인의 모임 주최자는 Google Calendar의 이벤트에 대한 빠른 액세스를 설정하거나 해제할 수 있습니다. 빠른 액세스 설정은 참가자가 비디오 미팅에 참여하도록 요청해야 하는지 여부를 주최자가 제어할 수 있도록 도와줍니다. 일정관리 이벤트에 제어를 추가하여, 주최자는 미팅 전에 설정을 적절하게 구성할 수 있습니다. 이전에는 미팅 중에 호스트 제어 메뉴를 통해서만 설정을 제어할 수 있었습니다.
빠른 액세스 설정은 이제 정기 회의에서 "고정"됩니다. 즉, Google Calendar를 통해 미팅 전에 또는 통화 중인 설정을 통해 미팅 중에 설정을 변경하면 동일한 미팅 코드를 사용하는 이후의 모든 미팅에 대해 설정이 저장됩니다.
