Google Workspace 사용자가 meet.google.com에서 미팅에 참여하거나 시작할 때 보다 맞춤화된 환경을 위해 옵션을 변경하고자 합니다.
이제 "새로운 미팅"을 누르면 다음 세 가지 선택사항이 나타납니다.
- 나중에 사용할 회의 만들기: 새로운 미팅에 대한 참가 정보를 생성합니다. 나중에 사용하기 위해 이 정보를 저장할 수 있습니다.
- 즉석 미팅 시작: 먼저 미팅 대기 룸으로 이동하지 않고 한 번의 클릭으로 미팅에 참여하십시오. 미팅에서 다른 사용자를 추가하거나 참가 정보를 복사할 수 있습니다. 이 옵션을 선택하면 카메라와 마이크가 자동으로 켜집니다. 미팅에서 한 번 해제할 수 있습니다.
- Google 캘린더의 일정: 회의 세부 정보가 자동으로 채워지는 이벤트를 만들려면 새 탭의 달력으로 이동합니다.
사용자는 여전히 미팅 코드 또는 닉네임을 입력하여 미팅에 참가할 수 있습니다.
Availability
- Available to Google Workspace Business Starter, Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Essentials, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Plus, as well as G Suite Basic, Business, Education, Enterprise for Education, and Nonprofits customers. Also available to users with personal Google Accounts Google
- Workspace Essentials customers will not see the “Schedule in Google Calendar” option, but will have the other two options available.
